YOGA FOR KIDS: SUMMER PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN

As adults, we are constantly learning how to ‘relearn’ or ‘rewire’ the way that we think, act, and respond when faced with challenges and difficult situations.

We are always going to be learning how to dissipate habits that no longer serve us to create space for new patterns that create greater awareness and a deeper understanding of ourselves. The yoga practice is one of many ways that we can learn through practice, discipline, and the study and training of our own mind.

Now think… how powerful it would be if we had these practices from a young age? At Ahimsa, we offer all kinds of programs for children of all ages, at all of the studios. We believe in building communities and creating spaces for children in which they can thrive, so they grow to be functional, happy, and all around aware adults.
