Inner Circle Membership

 

Ahimsa’s Inner Circle Membership Program for Women

Over ten years ago, Kim Wade created her Inner Circle coaching group to teach women how to build lifelong habits based on the yogic tradition.

Over the years, Kim refined the program to include a monthly “healthy habit” (e.g., journaling, meditation, healthy eating, morning and nighttime routines, etc.) that her clients could put into practice immediately, at any depth to suit their life at the moment. Many Inner Circle members continued year-to-year, deepening their knowledge and practice in any one area, each month.

In 2023, Kim transitioned the group into the Ahimsa Inner Circle Membership. This membership option includes a one-hour weekly Inner Circle group coaching meeting with Kim (live or on Zoom) and can be added to any Ahimsa yoga membership.


About Kim Wade, Inner Circle mindset coach and yoga teacher

Kim has always been a creative individual who enjoys the challenges of living an active lifestyle. She earned a BFA in Theater and has worked professionally as an actor since childhood. She describes herself as a very active person, both physically and spiritually. Her personal philosophy is that joy is an option and happiness is a choice.

Kim believes suffering is a part of life and we all experience it. Whether it is predominately mental, emotional or physical trauma, she believes those experiences (or more accurately, how we perceive those experiences) are where the inner life and our real strength turn on. In other words, it is in our darkness that we find our light. Through childhood abandonment, trauma, scoliosis, adolescent shame and stress, guilt, addictions, failed relationships and a truckload of fear, Kim has found through the practice of yoga and gratitude, the tools she needed to transform her life. Her body began to realign itself, her mind learned to sit still and she discovered that beauty is indeed truth and acceptance of oneself is indeed freedom. With encouragement from her early clients, Kim created Inner Gaze Yoga to share these tools with others.


Group Meeting Times

Choose either day to attend - you don’t have to attend at the same time every week (although most people do!).

  • MONDAYS, 7pm - 8pm in Oak Park (location TBD) and via Zoom

  • WEDNESDAYS,11:00am - 12:00pm in Evanston (stay for the optional Hatha Sculpt & Tone class with Kim at 12:15pm!) or via Zoom

Pricing

Inner Circle weekly meeting: $89/Month. 3 Month Commitment required.
