Over 12 months, we explore your real, everyday life—your habits, your reactions, your relationships, your community, your environment.
You’ll learn how to:
steady yourself in stress
set boundaries that actually hold
communicate without overthinking
serve others without burnout
create simple rhythms that support you
Not perfectly. Just consistently.
What happens if you stay with it
Things begin to shift.

Clearer.
More in control of your choices—and less controlled by everything else.

About Kim Wade, Inner Circle mindset coach and yoga teacher
My job
I’m Kim, your guide and fellow traveler.
I help you see what you can’t always see on your own,
and give you tools you can actually use to maintain the healthy habits in real life.
One of my favorite parts of this work is bringing you all together with lessons that are experiental and engaging.
No rigid rules.
No one-size-fits-all formula. This road will meet you right where you are.
The point
Not self-improvement for the sake of it. Not even the self-discovery you will gain, which will be mass.
But to experience freedom. To like how you feel. To uplevel.

What’s Involved?
The Inner Circle is a 12-month journey. Please allow about 2-5 hours per week to devote to learning these healthy habits and self care practices. It’s not about having time, it’s about making time.
Our journey includes:
Pit Stops in person and online 2x/mth meetings
Experiential lessons to walk a healthy and spiritual path
Inner Circle Workbook and Monthly Video on healthy habits
Private Member Lounge
Access 24/7 in the community Hub.
