Free Yoga Class
How it works
Fill one one of the forms below.
We will email you and ask you to let us know which class you’d like to attend. You can see our schedule here.
Please choose a class at least 24 hours away so we have time to schedule you.
Brand New Student Registration
Been to an Ahimsa before? Fill this out!
Please note, you can only use this Free Class if you have not been to the studio in over 6 months.
Your First Class
Come on in about 15 minutes before class begins.
Give your name to our front desk staff and let them know it’s your first time. They’ll give you a little tour of our space and show you where to put your belongings.
Put your things away - shoes, jackets, bags, and head into the yoga room. Roll out your mat, and take some yoga props from the back of the room. We recommend 2 blocks, a strap, 2 blankets, and a bolster.
What to Wear and Bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in - for example: sweatpants, long shorts, yoga pants, and a tank top or t-shirt. Yoga is practiced in bare feet, so leave your shoes in the cubbies.
Bring your yoga mat or rent one from us for $2.
Bring a water bottle if you think you might get thirsty. We have tea and water at the studio as well.
Need to Cancel?
Login to your account and cancel any classes you’re unable to attend with 2 hours notice, or send us a text or email ahimsadesk@gmail.com. Missed classes will result in a $15 fine.
