New Class Booking Policies Starting May 1, 2023

Hello Ahimsa Family,

We want to make sure our check-in process is as smooth as possible for our teachers and Workstudy students. The following policies will begin Monday, May 1st:

Live Stream Booking Policy
Live Stream classes must be booked at least 5 minutes before class starts. 

Late Cancel Policy 
If you cancel your class reservation within 1 hour of the class start time, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $15. Cancel for free anytime before 1 hour prior to the start time. This policy applies to In Person and Live Stream classes.

No Show Policy
If you fail to cancel your class and don’t show up, you will be charged a $20 fee. Class package holders will lose their class (no fee will apply). This policy applies to In Person and Live Stream classes - please email us if something has gone wrong with your live stream class and you were unable to attend.

3 Chances
All students will receive 1 free "late cancels" and 2 free "no shows" before you are charged. Charged will take place between 1-7 days after the no show or late cancel occurrence.
