EMAIL NEWSLETTER: SO MUCH HAPPENING IN MARCH!

So much happening in March!

Dear Students,

Spring is (kind of!) in the air, and for us it definitely means new beginnings! As we move into March, we have new classes, new events and new trainings to enhance your regular practice. We also are starting to get the itch for outdoor yoga, how about you?

First, we'd like to bring your attention to our Seva classes. Seva means "selfless service." Our Seva classes are free, virtual Hatha classes hosted by Ahimsa Yoga Studio's teacher trainees through March 2021 as practice for their training. You can sign up for these classes by searching on your app under Oak Park or here: ahimsayogastudios.com/virtual-schedule

As we mentioned last week, Jay Taylor is introducing a new course in March: Intention and Altered States. Like the other sound healing trainings, it spans four consecutive weeks, and you can choose either Monday or Wednesday nights. Jay is also offering the Foundations of Vibration again on Saturday mornings in March. (Watch Jay's new promo video below!) All classes are taught virtually. Find out more information and register here: ahimsayogastudios.com/ahimsa-school-of-sound-healing-trainings-oak-park-chicago

Next, our YogaKids classes continue with a new session of Girl Power Yoga starting March 3rd. This class, taught by YogaKim Vulinovic, is especially for girls in 4th-8th grade. Find out more and register here: ahimsayogastudios.com/yogakids

And finally, there are special workshops all month long for meditation, International Women's Day, and the Spring Equinox, among other themes. We hope you are able to join us for them. See all our events here: ahimsayogastudios.com/events

Don't Forget!
We are still looking to fill our Work/Study program's open shifts. If you are interested in applying, please visit ahimsayogastudios.com/workstudy

Enjoy the sunshine and melting snow!

Namaste,
Kelly & Masin
