Elmhurst Yoga Shala was known for being community focused, friendly, alignment based yoga studio. The Shala became Ahimsa Yoga Studio in 2017 and we are honored to continue the legacy.
Our Elmhurst studio features therapeutic yoga, hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, classes with singing bowls, and prenatal yoga.
We’re steps away from the Prairie Path and just a mile from Elmhurst college.

We offer street parking, and we are right near the Prairie Path, so riding your bike or walking is a great option in the warmer months.
We’re only a 18 miles away from Chicago, 11 miles from our Oak Park location, and 12 miles from our Berwyn location.
